My Role

Before jumping into the design process, as a UX Designer, I collaborated with 3 team members, namely Asti Afelia Safika Wardani, and Daud Dimas. However, in the middle of working on our group project, there was a change in-group members, namely Daud Dimas was replaced by Lutfi Faizatun Ni'mah. Together, we have done user research, defining, ideating, prototyping, and testing according to the design thinking method.

Design Process

In this case, we choose to use Design Thinking as our design process approach. This design thinking is very useful in tackling complex problems by understanding the needs of the people involved, by reframing the problem, in a human-centred way, by creating lots of ideas in brainstorming sessions, and by adopting a hands-on approach to prototyping and testing ideas.
